The worldwide phenomenal K-Pop group Bangtan Sonyeondan were the big winners at the 2020 MTV Europe Music Award (EMA) in a virtual event held on Sunday, November 8th.

Bangtan Boys – Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, Jungkook won four of the five EMAs for which they were nominated. They won as the “Best Group” for the third year in a row. BTS also got the crowns of “Best Song” for their mega-hit Dynamite,  “Best Virtual Live” for Bang Bang Con – The Live, and “Biggest Fans” for their widely huge fans BTS ARMY.

“We’ll keep working hard to be a group that can touch the hearts of people and gives them hope through music,” RM, leader of the sensational boy group said during their speech.

It was, indeed, a great night for they took four out of five prestigious titles at the 2020 MTV EMAs.

Due to a global pandemic, the event was only aired virtually compared to last year’s awards that took place in Sevilla, Spain, where BTS won the most awards among any artist, picking up the best group, best live, and biggest fans categories too.

The annual ceremony was hosted by Little Mix members Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, and Jade Thirwall. The group also performed their new single, “Sweet Melody.”
